How to use Jot

Jot does three things with one key, the Globe key (🌐) in the bottom-left corner of your keyboard. Press and hold it to dictate. Press it twice to capture. Hold Control and press it to record a meeting.

Jot keeps everything you record in its window, and as a folder in Documents › Jot.

• Dictation Press and hold 🌐, talk, then let go.
• Capture Talk, take screenshots, draw on them, and paste it all as one message.
• Meetings Record a call or a meeting in a room, written to a file as people talk.
• The Library and export Find a recording, then copy, export, or send it.
• Your words Names and terms Jot spells your way.
• Settings What each setting does.
